Pricing questions

Who counts as an active developer?

Anyone whose pull request Acuvis reviewed during the month. Each counts once, however many pull requests they open. Reviewers, viewers and bots never count.

How does the trial work?

Install the GitHub app and your first five pull requests are reviewed free, no card. Then add a card to keep going for 14 days, up to 50 pull requests. You aren't charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel before then.

What happens when someone new opens a pull request?

They get a seat automatically, charged pro rata on your next invoice, and your admins get an email. If you'd rather cap it, set a seat limit: pull requests from developers past it wait until you raise it.

Do re-reviews cost extra?

No. A pull request counts once a month however many times it's pushed and re-reviewed.

Is there a limit on pull requests?

Fair use is 100 pull requests per seat a month, pooled across the team. That's about three times what a busy developer opens.

Is Acuvis free for open source?

Yes, on application. Approved public repositories get 200 free pull request reviews a month. Apply from the billing page after you install.

Can I change plans later?

Yes. Switch plans, change seats or cancel from the billing portal whenever you like. Annual billing saves about 20%.

How does Enterprise pricing work?
